Quincy - The Feather River College women's volleyball team advanced to the Region Finals of the CCCAA Women's Volleyball Northern California Regional Playoffs by defeating Modesto Junior College 3-0 on Tuesday (11/22). The Golden Eagles won by scores of 25-8, 25-13, and 25-17. 

Win the playoff victory, Feather River's overall record sits at 32-1 and a current winning streak of 30 victories in a row. 

The Golden Eagles were led offensively by Sydnee Rowe and Hannah Taylor who recroded 9 kills a piece. Setter Nellie Stevenson dished out 26 assists. Defensively, Carissa Chainey record 10 digs in the Golden Eagle Victory.  

Up next, Feather River College faces #10 seed West Valley College. The Vikings upset #7 College of the Sequoias on Tuesday (11/22) by a score of 3-1. The match will be played on Saturday (11/26) at 6pm in Quincy.
