Golden Eagles Continue To Roll, Finish Regular Season On The Road

Quincy - The Feather River College volleyball team continues to roll through the Golden Valley Conference schedule. The Golden Eagles defeated College of the Redwoods tonight in straight sets. With the victory, the Golden Eagles overall record improves to 21-4 and a 7-0 conference record. 

The Golden Eagles are being led offensively by Sophomore Opposite Hitter Autumn Bennett, who leads the team with 217 kills. Sophomore setter Anna Bolich leads the team in assists with 705. Sophomore Katherine Gee leads the team in service aces and defensively with 458 digs. Gee currently ranks second in the State of California in total digs. Sophomore Kiyana Faupula leads the team in total blocks with 72.   

Feather River College honored their 9 Sophomores: Bennett, Bolich, Gee, Faupula, Emma Daugherty, Kenyia Cleveland, Franny Martins, Abby Cogburn, and Ashlee Kraft.

The Golden Eagles hit the road for their final three regular season matches, at Shasta College (11/3), at Butte College (11/8), and at Lassen College (11/10).
