Shane Kelso enters his 3rd season on the Golden Eagles staff. Coach Kelso works with the pitchers and developing daily pitching plans. He will also have responsibilities in recruiting and the scouting of opponents.

Coach Kelso played at Feather River College from 2016-2018 before transferring to Oklahoma Baptist University. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in the 2019 MLB draft in the 24th round. He played 2 seasons in the organization before retiring.

Coach Kelso graduated from Feather River College with an AA degree in 2018. Shane is engaged to fellow FRC Softball Alum Tyra Garcia and resides in Quincy.
