Golden Eagles Sweep Siskiyous

WEED--Feather River won their fourth, fifth and sixth straight contests over the weekend during a three-game road sweep of the College of the Siskiyous.

The Golden Eagles won by scores of 16-2 and 16-0 on Saturday, and then finished the sweep with a 7-3 victory on Sunday. In all, the Golden Eagles scored 39 runs in the three games and pounded out 45 hits.

There were plenty of stat producers, led by Zane Denton's 8-for-13 weekend. He had five RBI, two doubles and a home run.
