FRC's Anthony Cepeda Selected as Golden Valley Conference Most Valuable Player 2025

The Golden Eagles landed 6 members of its 2025 Baseball team on the GVC All-Conference team.  Sophomore Outfielder Anthony Cepeda has been named Golden Valley Conference Most Valuable Player with Head Coach Terry Baumgartner earning Coach of the Year honors and Scott Dwyer earning Assistant Coach of the Year.  Cepeda is a 6'3, 195 lb Sophomore from Keizer, Oregon.  Anthony finished the season with a 429 batting average and 10 doubles on 187 plate appearances.  The Golden Eagles finished the season with a 33-12 overall record, Golden Valley Conference Champions, and hosted the 2025 NorCal 1st round regionals and Super Regionals.
